What does Clinical Research Associates ( CRA's ) do?
Clinical Research Associates manage and monitor the day-to-day aspects of clinical trials at investigative sites and ensure clinical trials are conducted, recorded and reported in accordance with the protocol, standard operating procedures, ICH/GCP, ISO 14155 and all applicable regulatory requirements.
Salary range for CRA position $90,000 to $120,000.

What do Validation Engineers do?
Validation Engineers support GMP manufacturing facilities. They play a crucial role in the commissioning, qualification, and validation activities of utility systems and room qualifications. Validation engineers are responsible for ensuring that all processes and systems meet regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal quality standards.
Validation Engineers must have a deep understanding of commissioning, qualification, and validation processes, as well as the ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Salary range $90,000 to $120,000

What do Regulatory Affairs Specialist do?
RA Specialist work with cross functional teams to coordinate the regulatory work to ensure high quality submissions, including Pre-Market Notifications, Master Files, Technical Documentation for CE Marking and NDAs, BLAs, MAAs.
